When you shop at jasabeauty.com, you'll always receive free standard shipping on domestic orders. We know how eager you are to get started on your skin-transforming journey, and we do our best to process all orders within 1-2 business days using USPS or DHL.

Tracking:

Your tracking number will be sent via email within 1-5 days after placing your order.

Wrong Address:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicate that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your carrier.
